Business Background:
My business background is straight forward, having left school some time ago with no formal qualifications, and in reality, feeling stuck in a rut, with my then current business, I returned to education, some may say a late starter, my philosophy, you are never too old to learn,. Educated at Blackpool & Fylde College to HNC Computing, I can only say that was the beginning to what I can only describe as a thirst for knowledge, a degree in Information Technology through Lancaster University followed, spurring me on to achieve more, an Honours Degree at Lancaster University in Information Technology, the following year.
I have now taken a year out of education to gain industry experience, contracting for the last eighteen months, to a major UK internet marketing company, whilst completing an online course on Internet Marketing, attaining the qualification as Internet Marketing Professional. Currently studying the Google ad words qualification, to be accredited with the status of Google qualified Ad Words Individual, enjoying the challenges this is bringing and looking forward to gaining the qualification.
I have successfully been accepted on to a Masters course in Computer Science through the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) a part time course lasting two years, looking forward to the challenges and friends this will bring.
